Phone Consultations
BRG Dietetics & Nutrition, P.C. prides itself on accommodating the needs of its’ clients. If your busy schedule prevents you from scheduling an appointment in the office and you are not comfortable with the idea of having an e-Consultation because you find it more effective to speak with a “live” person, then take advantage of a PHONE CONSULTATION. This is also ideal for you if you live out of state.
Phone Consultations are available for the following services:
- Individual Nutrition Counseling which includes:
- Initial Nutrition Evaluation and Consultation (45 minutes - 1 hour)
- Comprehensive Nutrition Education (45 minutes - 1 hour)
- Nutrition Counseling - Follow Up (30 minutes)
- Nutrition Check-Up (30 minutes)
- Computerized Menu Analysis, with 30 minute e-Consultation
- Initial Nutrition Evaluation and Consultation plus Computerized Menu Analysis (Combo Package)

Phone Consultations Work?
To schedule a Phone Consultation, click on the “Click here to order” button below. You may order online or download the order form and fax or mail it with your payment. When payment is received, you will be sent an email acknowledgment and the necessary forms to get you started on the path to improved health. You will be contacted either by phone or email to schedule your Phone Consultation.
Please indicate on the order form your nutritional concerns and the reason you are seeking nutrition counseling.
