How Do Phone Consultations Work?
To schedule a Phone Consultation, click on
the “Click here to order” button below.
You may order online or download the order form and fax
or mail it with your payment.
When payment is received, you will be sent an email
acknowledgment and the necessary forms to get you started on the
path to improved health. You
will be contacted either by phone or email to schedule your
Phone Consultation.
Please indicate on the order form your
nutritional concerns and the reason you are seeking nutrition
counseling.
